At AHLEM, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our handcrafted eyewear. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print, ensuring a secure and trackable transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Pack Your Frames

  Place the eyewear, along with the original case and cleaning cloth, into the shipping box and securely attach the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
